• Plans the agenda and facilitates all member meetings
• Primary point of contact for the PTO
• Oversees the overall administration and operation of the PTO

Aides the president in performing their duties

• Performs the duties of President in their absence

• Takes minutes at meetings and shares them with members
• Maintains files for the PTO, including the bylaws

• Be the custodian for all funds of the PTO
• Keep an accurate account of receipts and expenditures
• Share written financial reports to the PTO at each meeting

•  Serve as a liaison between the PTO and the community
• Promote ways to be involved in the PTO and recruit volunteers for events

• Lead and serve on committees
• Help the PTO board in whatever capacity is needed
